Our team created a scalable design system in Figma.
Our team set up a consistent file, naming, and design system in Figma based on the original illustration to keep everything consistent.
This design system is made using the Hungry Hound branding guidelines. My role included making a design system of the components on the art assets Mindy illustrated on Procreate.
Currently, this design system is used by the whole team. The ultimate goal is to enable collaboration between artists, designers, and developers to become more efficient.
This design system is constantly evolving to meet everyone’s needs.
Our team conducted a brainstorming session on Discord to discuss the game name, branding, colours, and typography. Dot voting was used to narrow down the suggestions and decide on the final branding.
Hungry Hound was unanimously chosen by the whole team. Gluten was chosen for the heading and Sofia Pro Soft was chosen for the body. The main colours were chosen to conform to Accessibility standards.
